What precautions are you taking to provide a safer work-out environment?
The staff works hard to make sure all equipment is wiped down and sanitized, we have multiple sanitary stations within the gym that we strongly encourage you to use. Those include disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer. You do not need to wear a mask unless you would like to.
Do I have to be in good shape to join?
No. Most of our boot campers start off without a lot of fitness experience. We welcome that. All of our workouts are scaled to include exercise choices for both beginner and advanced fitness levels. By the end of 6 weeks, all boot campers end up doing the same intensity due to the time spent in boot camp.
What will we be doing at boot camp?
Every workout is full body. All workouts are designed by owner Tim Gojich a certified trainer for over 20 years. We use a lot of bodyweight exercises combined with rowers, air bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. Bootcampers will gain strength, tone up, and get in great cardio shape. Every workout is different. The variety is part of why so many boot campers get the results they sign up for. All fitness levels are welcome. We scale each workout for beginners and advanced boot campers.
Why is the boot camp 6 weeks rather than monthly like a gym membership?
The program is set up to get you a little better week to week. After working hard for 6 weeks straight, you will see results. For those who want to keep those results going, you can sign up for our 2-week boot camp for $19 that we always offer coming off 6 weeks. Boot Camp runs all year with no contracts or long obligations.
What is the cost?
Get Fit Boot Camp is $109 for the 6-week commitment. We do offer discounts. If you sign up with another person, the price drops to $99 each per person. Returners, Health Care Workers, Teachers and Military will get our biggest discount, $89 per person. If you have a large group that want to sign up together, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I will discuss a bigger discount. Boot Camp is at Fit For Life Gym Mondays - Thursdays at 5 am and 5:15 pm. We just added Saurday @ 9 am. That gets you 5 days per week! All of our classes are one hour long. Once you get signed up, you can choose to do evening or mornings. You never have to book with us. Just show up a little early to each class to get parked and prepared.
