X-Treme Fat Loss:

(Duration: 50 minutes)

If your main reason for working out is so that you can get leaner and shed excess body fat, this is your class. X-Treme Fat Loss is structured to burn calories. The class will cause an effect in your body that will have you burning fat all day. If you combine this class with the X-Treme Fat Loss Diet, you are going to reach your goal. This class includes ongoing nutrition support to keep you on track in your quest to become leaner and healthier.

Sculpt and Tone:

(Duration: 45 minutes)

This class is all about bringing out definition in your body. In Sculpt and Tone the focus is concentrated on slower, more isolating movements. It is structured to create a balanced total body workout that involves exercises that bring out definition. The class can compliment any class that we offer. If you have shed some body fat in Boot Camp or X-Treme Fat Loss, this is where the fine tuning of your body comes in.

Metabolic Blast:

(Duration: 45 minutes)

This class is an intense interval style class. We will challenge you with movements involving your entire body. The class is structured with the intent to challenge you at every station. We will use kettle bells, ropes, med balls, heavy ropes and even tractor tires to create a metabolic effect that is sure to scorch fat and whip you into top shape. This class is a great compliment to Advanced Boot Camp and Sculpt and Tone classes.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class is highly energetic and fun. The class starts with drills to get your heart rate going and get you ready for combat. We use focus mitts, gloves and kick boxing pads. You will partner up with someone and punch, kick, knee, elbow and duck and move your way to an amazing workout. The big finish to cardio kickboxing is an advanced ab routine. If you want to sweat, drop body fat and learn self defense, jump in to this workout.

5K Challenge:

This workout is our dedicated outside workout. The class meets at Yokuts Park at the picnic benches. From there we go through extensive warm ups and drills preparing for your journey to Beach Park. The class will include cross country running through the river bed, bike path and will weave all through the park. You will be challenged with 10 different stations along the way that are sure to whip you into amazing shape. Wear your running shoes. A trail shoe is a good selection too. Bring water and a beach towel. The towel will be used as a mat.
