My name is Veronica Lorca and I am 32 years old. I am a mother of four children, ages 13, 8, 7, and my stepson who is 5. I began my journey with Fit For Life Gym in August. Since then, I may have not lost one pound or five pounds, but I have lost body fat percentage, and I have gained muscle, not to mention a lot of strength plus self-confidence. I enjoy working out at Fit For Life. The trainers are all amazing, motivational, and really caring. I have gone to other gyms and boot camps, participated in weight loss challenges, but these classes are by far the most intense and have me feeling amazing!! On top of me getting my kids here and there to dance classes, school activities, etc., I also battle hypothyroid disease which has not been easy. I feel a little tired on some days more than others, but the way I feel when going to my classes has me putting all that behind, pushing myself to show up, and give it my all. I look forward to staying with Fit For Life and gaining more strength and muscle. Thank you Fit For Life Gym to a new healthy positive change in my life!

Fit For Life Gym has changed my life. Since I have started, I have increased my endurance, my strength, and my muscle tone. My body fat and muscle have changed. When I first started, I could barely jump rope. You would never catch me running or get on a treadmill. Never. Well, now I can jump rope with the best of them. I can run to the park, maybe not be the first one, but I make it. And I actually got on a treadmill and ran! I know these may not sound like much to some, but they are milestones for me. The best part about Fit For Life is the fact that all the trainers are professional; they are there to help you reach your goals. I truly enjoy working out and have met many new friends. Everything in my life reflects the choices that I've made and one of the most important and best choices was to join Fit For Life Gym.

Patrick Taney - Bootcamp

After mentally exercising about getting in shape for quite a long time, I finally got off of the couch and got involved in Fit For Life's Bootcamp and circuit training. I am more alert during my daily routine and I have more energy, endurance and strength. The accountability of working out with a group gives me more motivation to get off the couch and into a workout routine.

Stephanie Solls - Bootcamp

FUN and EFFECTIVE! I couldn't have asked for a better workout! Bootcamp is an effective workout program for all athletic abilities. The trainers are encouraging and give the right amount of pressure to push yourself to do the best you can. In 6 weeks I saw an improvement in my overall health and fitness!

Desmond Lopez - X-Treme Fatloss Class

Although I'm excited about the 14 pounds I lost during the 4 week class–I"m more excited about the strength, fitness and flexibility I'm gaining! When I'm scrubbing in the shower I notice how hard my arms, legs and gut are getting. I'm now jogging with my dogs instead of walking them. Can't wait to see what 2012 has in store for us!

Jill Mayfield - X-Treme Fatloss Class

I'm excited to report a total of 18 lbs. lost on this 4 week class. I didn't think I could do bootcamp being an overweight person, but this class was very doable, fun and rewarding. The fasting wasn't hard and the meal plan has taught me that I don't need to eat ALL day long, yet still be full. I'm looking forward to more results from Fit For Life in 2012!
