Since joining Fit For Life, I have seen improved results in stamina as well as muscle tone. I enjoy the classes and look forward to going to the gym each day. The classes are varied in focus areas and I appreciate the care the instructors take in stretching and warming us up prior to working out. The class sizes are workable and I am able to arrive just prior to class time. I am always challenged to do my best by both instructors as well as peers who I see as role models. I know that the training sessions reduce my stress level and my mind is more focused after each one.

I would recommend that anyone interested in improving their health, stamina and strength at least try a free three-day pass. The classes are perfect for all fitness levels and so people shouldn't be intimidated to attend. I would also highlight the stretching and nutrition information that is readily available through the gym.

Despite being a gym member for years I am still challenged by the workouts. Although I know a lot of the exercises, the trainers have a way to change things up so I’m not bored. The trainers are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and overall the gym is a very POSITIVE place. Not a place where people are checking you out in the mirror and judging you because you didn’t wear a full face of makeup to workout.

I started with fit for life 15 years ago. I was searching for a personal trainer that would help me with strength training.
I was getting older and knew it was important to incorporate strength training into my routine. I have always been active
with cardio (running, walking) but weight training intimidated me. I did not know where to begin. Fit for life helped
me find that balance. And by working with a certified trainer I was taught using the correct technique and form. This was very Important to me.

Through the years I have enjoyed a variety of classes that fit for life has offered individual training, group training, boot
camp at beach park, yoga, 500 rep challenge and my personal favorite cardio kicking boxing. Doing the same old routines can get boring and as for myself I get bored easily. Fit for life does a fantastic job at mixing it up.

If you are thinking of joining fit for life DO IT!!!! You will not be disappointed. The trainers are very knowledgeable. The workouts are fun and challenging and NO judgements here. You will find all body types and skill level. JUST DO IT!!!!

I highly recommend this gym – it started about 6 years ago when I decided to put my pride aside and step out of the same ol’ gym routine - or lack of going to the gym if I didn’t have anyone to workout with to show me what to work out - and joined a couple of friends to workout out with.

I never felt embarrassed exercising or sitting around trying to figure out what the “right” exercise was because it was structured in a manner that just allowed me follow directions. The staff was always willing to explain variations of an exercise for all different capabilities.

I would just like to say that I feel as if I have another Family when it comes to all the staff and other clients at the gym. As a person who has been overweight for most of my adult life I can tell you that all I can do is take it one day at a time, but with my gym family it sure makes it a lot easier to stay healthy.

My name is Veronica Lorca and I am 32 years old. I am a mother of four children, ages 13, 8, 7, and my stepson who is 5. I began my journey with Fit For Life Gym in August. Since then, I may have not lost one pound or five pounds, but I have lost body fat percentage, and I have gained muscle, not to mention a lot of strength plus self-confidence. I enjoy working out at Fit For Life. The trainers are all amazing, motivational, and really caring. I have gone to other gyms and boot camps, participated in weight loss challenges, but these classes are by far the most intense and have me feeling amazing!! On top of me getting my kids here and there to dance classes, school activities, etc., I also battle hypothyroid disease which has not been easy. I feel a little tired on some days more than others, but the way I feel when going to my classes has me putting all that behind, pushing myself to show up, and give it my all. Fit For Life Gym has changed my life. Since I have started, I have increased my endurance, my strength, and my muscle tone. My body fat and muscle have changed. When I first started, I could barely jump rope. You would never catch me running or get on a treadmill. Never. Well, now I can jump rope with the best of them. I can run to the park, maybe not be the first one, but I make it. And I actually got on a treadmill and ran! I know these may not sound like much to some, but they are milestones for me. The best part about Fit For Life is the fact that all the trainers are professional; they are there to help you reach your goals. I truly enjoy working out and have met many new friends. Everything in my life reflects the choices that I've made and one of the most important and best choices was to join Fit For Life Gym.

After mentally exercising about getting in shape for quite a long time, I finally got off of the couch and got involved in Fit For Life's Bootcamp and circuit training. I am more alert during my daily routine and I have more energy, endurance and strength. The accountability of working out with a group gives me more motivation to get off the couch and into a workout routine.

FUN and EFFECTIVE! I couldn't have asked for a better workout! Bootcamp is an effective workout program for all athletic abilities.
